St. George Senior Games - October 13-15, 1999

Carol Morgan, Jim Demet, Bud Knowlton, Willis Wynn and Dick Bradford went down to St. George Oct. 13-15 for the Huntsman World Senior Games, an event open to all over 50. This was a qualifying event for the Senior Olympic Games held every two years. They swam short course meters in a brand new indoor facility near Santa Clara.

Here's to Jim Demet - he not only swam in the meet but also competed in the triathlon!

And way to go Bud Knowlton who went on to the Senior Olympics in Orlando and won first in the 50, 100 and 200 back, 200 IM and placed second in the 50 and 100 breaststrokes. Go Bud!
