What Utah Masters Can Offer:

Utah Masters Swim Team provides important health and social benefits. Utah Masters embraces adult swimmers of all levels including swimmers new to the sport. Coaching staff and other team members provide excellent support and instruction to help develop your skills in swimming. Coaches and teammates are devoted to bringing out the personal best in each other, fostering social relationships, and furthering progress within the sport. 

Health Benefits of Swimming:

Swimming is a low-impact aerobic exercise which uses all the major muscle groups in the body. One hour of swimming burns approximately 790 calories leading to weight loss and production of lean muscle mass. Swimming is a great conditioning exercise that stimulates the cardiovascular system increasing endurance and stamina.
