Here's a workout I like to do on my own in a short course pool: 500 warm-up mixing in quite a bit of stroke 11 lengths FR swim 100 kick 10 lengths FR swim 100 kick 9 lengths FR swim 100 kick . . 100 kick 1 length FR swim total: 3150 yd. Sometimes I set an interval for myself (ie :20 or :25 per 25, & kicks on 2:00) and sometimes I just do it.
